Our History

From Small Beginnings to a Growing Movement

Praise Pray Chat (PPC) began humbly as a small Bible study among co-workers in Augusta, Georgia—a simple yet powerful time of fellowship, where hearts were united through the Word, prayer, and genuine community over shared meals and conversations.

In April 2020, during the height of the global pandemic, God placed a clear vision in the heart of Pastor Victor Tekobo to start a virtual fellowship—a space where people could encounter the love of Jesus, find encouragement, and grow deeper in their walk with God. What began as a step of faith became a lifeline for many seeking hope, connection, and spiritual growth in uncertain times.

Today, PPC has blossomed into a vibrant and Spirit-filled community of believers from all walks of life, united by our love for Christ and a shared pursuit of truth, purpose, and power through God’s Word.

I've not been a member of PPC for too long, but there's nowhere else I'd rather be. The Tuesday meetings have been highly impact impactful. I was particularly blessed at the last meeting. I love the organization of the team and how everything runs smoothly. The maturity of the members is also very commendable.
